This website is owned and operated by Nini Tours D.o.o, trading as Nini Travel Agency, with its registered office located at Vrlička ulica 28, 21000 Split, Split, Croatia. A binding agreement between the customer (“Client”) and Nini Tours is considered in effect once a reservation confirmation is sent by email. By proceeding with a booking, the Client agrees to the terms outlined below.
Our tour offerings are clearly presented on our website and include descriptions, images, dates, prices, and customer feedback. Additional questions can be sent via email or through our contact form. As our tours are conducted in natural and outdoor settings, they may be influenced by weather, traffic, or other unpredictable circumstances. Nini Tours reserves the right to alter itineraries on-site in order to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests.
In compliance with Croatian law, all issued invoices include VAT. We are committed to protecting your personal data and use it exclusively to process bookings, handle customer support inquiries, share relevant updates, and manage transactions securely.
To confirm your spot on any of our excursions or special offers, full payment is generally required. For bookings exceeding €2000, a 50% deposit is acceptable, with the remainder due no later than seven days before departure.
Prices listed on our site are current and non-negotiable, except during our official promotional campaigns, which include up to four annual discount code distributions.
A reservation is considered confirmed once payment is received in full or according to the agreed payment terms, thereby indicating the Client’s agreement to these terms.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
a. Bank Transfer
Once requested, we will provide our bank account details via email. Payment must be completed within two business days, and a confirmation of transfer must be sent to us. Once verified, we’ll issue a confirmation voucher and relevant tour details. Please note that for international transfers, all bank fees must be covered by the Client.
b. Secure Online Payment
Clients may also pay via a secure payment link, which will be valid for four days. The reservation becomes official upon receipt of payment.

Modifications
Changes to your tour date or number of participants must be requested at least 48 hours before departure. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the changes.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or in the event of a no-show are non-refundable.
In cases of bad weather or unsafe conditions, we will offer either a rescheduled date or a full refund processed within 1 to 3 working days.
Clients must notify us of any relevant medical conditions or required medications before the tour begins.
It is the Client’s responsibility to review tour details and come properly dressed for weather and sea conditions. Nini Tours is not liable for incidents resulting from inadequate preparation.
With consent, photographs or video taken during the trip may be used in our promotional materials or social media.
Our tours include basic accident insurance as required by Croatian regulations. However, we highly recommend purchasing full travel insurance in your home country.
Meals are not included unless explicitly stated. Our guides may offer recommendations, but Nini Tours assumes no responsibility for issues related to food consumption.
We cannot be held responsible for unexpected weather disruptions.
Nini Tours is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings during the tour. Clients should report any lost items to the guide or local police immediately.
If you are dissatisfied with any part of your tour, please inform your guide or contact us during your trip so we can address the issue promptly.

These terms may be individually negotiated in specific cases, provided all changes are clearly documented and agreed upon by both parties.
When Nini Tours acts as a booking agent for other service providers, their specific terms and conditions may apply in addition to these.

By using this site, you agree that any legal disputes will be resolved under Croatian law and within the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Croatia.
