Booking terms for private excursions and transfers with Nini Tours.

Bookings and confirmation

A booking is confirmed when payment is received or when Nini Tours sends written confirmation for invoice bookings. Prices are quoted per vehicle or boat for the stated group size unless otherwise noted.

Payments

We accept major cards and secure online payment. Deposits may be required at booking with the balance due before departure unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may incur partial or full charges depending on route costs already committed.

Guest responsibilities

Guests must arrive at the agreed pickup point on time, carry required travel documents for cross-border routes, and follow skipper and driver safety instructions. Excess cleaning or damage may be charged.

Liability

Nini Tours acts as an intermediary for licensed transport and excursion services. Participation in activities such as rafting involves inherent risk. Guests should hold appropriate travel insurance.
