How do I book a tour or transfer?+
Use Book Now to pick a route and set your date and group size, or send an enquiry on the contact page. Tour pages have a checkout panel for immediate booking.
Are excursions private?+
Yes. Every sea day, land trip, and transfer is for your group only. You do not share the vehicle or boat with other travellers.
What is included in the price?+
The quoted price covers the private vehicle or boat, skipper or driver, and fuel for the route. National park tickets, meals, attraction fees, and port fees are usually paid separately unless stated on the route page.
Where do pickups start?+
We collect you from your hotel, villa, Airbnb, or marina in the Split area. For airport transfers we meet you in arrivals. Exact pickup time is confirmed before travel.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancellations at least 72 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund. Inside 72 hours, partial charges may apply depending on the route and costs already committed.
What if the weather is bad for a boat day?+
Your skipper monitors sea state and may adjust the route for safety. If conditions prevent sailing, we reschedule or refund according to the booking terms.
Do I need a passport for Bosnia or Italy transfers?+
Yes for cross-border routes. EU, UK, and US passport holders typically cross without a visa, but you must carry a valid passport or national ID card.
Can you plan a custom route?+
Yes. Send your dates, group size, and ideas. We reply with a realistic route, timing, and fixed quote.
